How to use your wellness card

For the most accurate results, use the wellness card right after you wake up, before you eat, drink or exercise. Otherwise, use it the next day.

  • Apply pee to all 18 boxes

    Either dip the card into a cup (recommended), or pee directly onto it.

  • Set the card down on its wrapper

    Here's where the magic begins.

  • Start the timer and scan in 3 1/2 minutes.

    Then, you'll see your results instantly.


How long until I feel a difference?

Results can vary person-to-person, but generally food and supplements can improve your nutrient levels in 2-4+ weeks, hydration can improve in just 1-2 days, and within 1-2 weeks of consistent stress-relieving activity, you should be able to see your cortisol levels go down.

Should I go with supplements or food?

The short answer is both. Nothing beats whole foods–especially fresh organic whole foods. Supplements are a nice insurance policy when your diet slides off track.
